This is a bit of a mind expanding one.
A lot of people think that Pharrel is a bit of a cockhead.
I think I used to agree till I watched this, and listened to his views on the human ego.
I think he's spot on.
Great concept for the conference, would be awsome to get something/a series of things, like that going on in th UK and Europe.
